If any damaged / defective products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

1. Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product
3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed pieces
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
